All office visits are by appointment only. A credit card is required to hold a scheduled appointment. Our office policy requires a 24 hour minimum advance notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the regular fee. Due to the scheduling of other clients, we cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals, nor can we extend the allotted appointment time to accommodate a late arrival. Your appointment will be automatically canceled 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. The credit card on file will be charged the regular fee. When you arrive for your appointment, you may change the form of payment. However, walk ins are welcome.
Payment is required in advance - by purchasing a Gift Certificate or by Credit Card over the phone. Packages cannot be changed. If you do not complete balance of package, costs will revert back to original price. Any refund will be less 20%within 60 Days! No refunds after 60 Days!
Credits and Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 60 Days of purchase.
